The world's biggest hole is located in Russia. The gaint hole is actually a diamond mine in Eastern Siberia near the town Mirna. It is 525 meters deep and 1.25 km in the diameter

The Bingham Canyon copper mine is probably the largest hole in the earth, measured by the amount of material removed from it. The pit is 2.5 miles wide and 3/4 mile (3960 feet) deep. More about the Bingham pit at the first reference.
The diamond mine in Minny, Siberia may be deepest hole dug in the earth. It is 1200 meters ( 3940 feet) deep; since the Bingham pit is a rougher estimate. More on the Minny pit at reference 2.

I'm not sure id this is the biggest but it might be. Meteor Crater located in arizona is 1 mile wide. http://www.meteorcrater.com/index.php It might possible be the biggest hole. Unless you mean a hole like the grand canyon.
