They are on the wrong track. Example: Just because Phil Simms was a great Q.B. doesn't mean his son will be. They need to get rid of him and pick up a descent start from another team. Soon. Tampa is terrible and I don't see them in the playoffs for atleast 5 to 7 more years.

We are now seeing the effects of giving up 1st and 2nd round draft choices to buy Gruden and a Super Bowl Championship in '02. Being a Buc's fan I wouldn't change anything. You can't take away a World Championship, but the Buc's are now paying the price. I think it will take 3 good years of development and shrewd drafting to get them consistently competitive.

realistically? 3 years probably.
Their offense has some talent, but it's sort of this mixed bag of questions as to whether some of these guys are really legit. If they're allowed to play together and pick up some good picks/free agents I think it'll start to gel better. The big question is....where did their amazing defense go? They really need to pick up some players on defense and gruden will right the ship.

Well once chris simms is back next season and they do a couple good draft choices next year they could make a wild card maybe but this new rookie could QB could start enxt year if he does a good job this year
