What are the things you have to do to become an agent? ( if its test, whats on the test, what kind of knowledge should you know, what college courses if any are required or help to excel yourself. I havent attended college yet, and i want to know where to start to begin this process.

You have to take college courses. Usually these courses will be offered at any community college. Im not sure how many hours you need, but it is possible to complete the course work over a summer. Contact local community colleges in your area and find out when realestate courses are offered. if there is a real estate firm in your area (particurally a small one) you might contact them as well to find out what qualifications they look for in an agent. It is also possible to get a lower level job in a realestate office without being an agent (like a secretary) If you could do this you might be able to get an inside track
