I want to start a video game camp for children and teens. would I need permission from major companies?

I want to start a video game camp for children and teens. I realize I can't just jump right in but would I need permission from major companies to use their systems and games, and would i have to pay royalties?

you don't permission. Just do it. if you buy all the equipment for everything you need you can do as you please with it.
