you face the blank red wall and click on the bottom left hand corner.
(you have to click at the very bottom.)
Just to let you know, it's kinda hard to get it.

Is this a criminal case or a civil one? I'm assuming it's civil, because it seems unlikely that the police would take any action with respect to this sort of thing (unless there is an unbiased witness or two who can back it up). A battery is an unwanted touching. So, technically, I believe that the stranger could legitimately sue. Whether he/she could recover is another story. For one thing, I think he/she would have to show how he/she has been damaged as a result of the pat (for example, suffered some significant emotional trauma that kept him/her out of work). Based on your description, I'd guess that the stranger will not prevail.
