If you have the correct entry point caps at the end of the "long radius" their should not be a problem with a flexible line cleaning machine. Of cause it also depends on what you consider a long radius. They can't go around too sharp bends. Before you do this try taking the small round cap off the tank itself (the one closest to the entry point) and poking down it with a broom handle. This is the most common point of blockage.

If you install the long radius ell to "jain" your building sewer to the septic tank, you should be ok and not have to install a seperate cleanout on the turn.
