Depends on the size of your building drain. If the pipe is 2 1/2 inches or less, minimum slope is 1/4" per foot, 3" to 6" pipe, minimum slope is 1/8" per foot, and 8" and larger, the minimum is 1/16" per foot. Check your local codes for any variation

check your local code. 1/4" min. is fine, but, look into max. slope for sewage. too much fall and the liquids will outrun the solids.
