(0+1,-4+4) which turns out to be (1,0) is your next point. you get that by adding 4 to the y coordinate and 1 to the x coordinate (rise/run = 4/1, the slope). now plug in (0,0) into y<4x-4. if its, true, shade the region on the same side of y=4x-4 as (0,0), which would be above the line. otherwise, shade it below.
btw its not true, so you would shade the region below the line y=4x-4.
