His Excellency President,

Pursuant to memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for 800.000/BPD refinery project in Malaysia, which has been signed by your company (ABC) and our DEF, a GHI subsidiary company few months ago in Kuala Lumpur, we are delighted herewith to fully support for any stages developed by our Joint Development Committee and Task Force (ABC and DEF).

Obviously, we will be participating on equity, domestic offtaking of the product, technical assistance, operatorship and others, subject to feasibility and viability of the project.

We do hope a prompt completion and success of this project shall contribute to the mutual benefit of our country.

Yours very truly,

There are a few errors including some of which are most likely grammatical in nature. I suggest running that jargon along with it's accompanying gibberish through a program in order to locate the red flags. It may make sense if translated verbatim via a language translation program and then regurgitated into the preferred language of the receptacle.

Capitalize the words 'Memorandum' and 'Company' (2x's)
Add an a after 'company' to say "a few months"
Drop the word 'for' that is between 'support' and 'any'
Change 'shall' to will
Capitalize 'Country'
Never use 'very' ; try Respectfully, your name

Hope this helps!! :)
