do you specifically mean egg moves? like how pikachu can learn sweet kiss?

or do you mean how can charmander have moves bred into him?

inbred moves are different than egg moves.

there are certain moves that a charmander can learn from an egg-state, like rockslide.

to get a charmander to learn rockslide, you need a female charmander/ charmeleon/ charizard so that the egg will hatch a charmander. you will then need a male that can breed with it, that knows rockslide. like a male tyranitar.

females pass down form to the egg. a baby will always look like it's mother's family.

males pass down moves to the egg.
