The previous answers are right, to trickle means--'to flow slowly in a thin stream".
In addition trickling means "to move slowly or gradually--the crowd trickled slowly away and the park emptied"

Anonymous is right. If the rain trickled down it means it was a light rain. Or, I had a nose bleed and the blood was trickling down my face.

Do you mean "trickling" ? It means to drip or run slowly (as in, the rain trickled down the window).
