The doorknob!

If I had to evacuate this second, I'd grab my two kids and get out the door/window/whatever. If I had enought time I might grab my purse and car keys, and the money I have put back. And, photos would be nice (or grab the computer, cause it has a lot of photos on it).

My kids, and husband (if at home) would be the most important things. Everything else can be replaced....

This brings to mind the scene in the Steve Martin film "The Jerk" when he decided to leave his wife and he walked around the room randomly picking things up. "I don't need anything...all I need is this magazine...and this ashtray!" I often quote this line when people ask me what I need, but it has been so long since anyone has seen that movie it goes right over every ones head. Like now I suppose...
