I'm doing job in a company; now i have a better job, shall i leave the first one and break the commitment made to it ?
will it hamper my principles?

This decision is yours alone to make. Consider the fact that commitments should be honored by honorable men. To break your commitment would reflect on your character. If the second company wants, they have to wait until you have fulfilled the first one.

Yes if u get oppurtunity should not ket it go but at the same time u should not breake ur old commitments. I think take time from ur new employer and finish off ur old one and the join the new one.

Obtaining better opportunities doesn't mean that breaking the principles..Concentrate on your future…..don't miss the good chances when it is on your way

definetely fro better prospects you have to move from one place to another not frequently because it will not prove a good consistency level
but to an extent yes if you have a better deal with better facilities go for it
