Try telling them just what you said here and no matter how upset they may seem to be, after hearing you tell them all of this they should see just how hurt you really are by what's happening around your circle of dearest friends.
You are a good person who treasures each friend and they should be aware of this fact too. They are the lucky ones to have a dear friend like you who cares so deeply about each and every friend you have.
Take your time and tell each of them exactly what you said here and I'm sure if they value your friendship they will come around soon.
Best to you all.

Well, I think you're not picking sides is the best bet here. Yeah, you'll probably half to stop talking to them for a little while, BUT--before you do, let them know why you won't be speaking to them. Explain that you don't want in the middle of this fight, so you're not talking to either of them until they straighten it out. And, then they can both come and tell you when the 'tiff' is over together.

Or, if you're afraid they might not ever get over it, then tell them both that you'll hang out and all, but no one's going to 'hog' you, and neither can say anything about the other in your presence.

Good luck!

i've been in your situation before. my 2 best friends do that constantly, over pathetic stuff like that. so what if someone's boyfriend compliments your friend? you should be happy about that. just because you're dating the guy doesnt mean he can't be friends with your friends. heck! my boyfriend talks to my friends all the time, i dont get mad, i know he loves me and no one else. but yeah, i just find it easier to tell both friends that you don't want to be involved in their issues. tell them that you'll listen to both of them but refuse to pick sides. they'll either stop talking to you about the issue or they'll understand and possibly stop feuding.
i hope this helps. =]

First of All I like to congratulate you as you seems to be somebody really good who values her friends!

My advice to you is that instead of not talking to them, just tell them some warm words which would give an indication that you do not mind what has happened and that they(both) really count for you as they are.

Moreover, if they are really good friends and you believe that they are mature enough just request them to avoid this subject with you as it really hurts your feeling.

I am sure they would understand and who would like to lose a caring friend like you....? I guess only a silly one!

So please cheer up and have a nice week.

Your doing the right thing by staying clear, just explain to them that you are their friend and don't want to get caught in the middle, they should understand.

Just tell them that you're not mad, you just don't want to to get into situations that SHOULDN'T involve you. Because you don't want to pick sides when they're both your friends
