i dont have a ear infection and im not mentally disabled. but it is constant and is driving me nuts. plus my blood pressure is fine

Do you smoke? My neighbour had similar probs with her ear (but it was a little painful for her too) and it turns out smoking can cause ear probs (as a result of constantly making the sucking action on a cig). Although, I smoke, and haven't had any ear trouble.

80% of the population will have some ringing in their ears, its called tinnitus. It may just be the way it is. Nothing can treat it if its caused by loud music/noises and it has damaged the hair cells in the ear. If its caused by something else, it may be treatable. Go see your doc.

Some aspirin products can cause ringing in the ear.

it's called tinitis; sometimes caused from sinus/ear problems, allergies, and by taking aspirin...a Dr. can determine and treat the cause.
