What you are looking at is a high end laptop at a lower price. Suggest looking at Acer or Lenovo. (you havent provided the exact configs, else I would have suggested model numbers)
It would be worthwhile if you can logon to the Dell website, and work out a configuration yourself, and request a quote - they give very good discounts for online orders, and a comprehensive support plan.

I relatively have heard that internet-tops are attainable for the cost u suggested I advise the HP mini and Dell are the small variations of laptops... they could be used for surfing internet and for listening music and observing movies yet u cant have the entertainment to play video games..if u r a complicated middle gamer ur laptop might value u around 50000 and greater So basically examine out if u wud like the nettops to boot as each and every kind is offering those style of stuff get exhilaration from

Go for leneova. You requiring high graphics, should look for a larger memory and speedy system. your budget may be less optimal.
