Call the IRS and ask them. They are the ones you need to set up a payment plan with.

Call your congressperson. Most people don't know that your member of congress (in reality, their staff) can act as an "ombudsman" or advocate when you have a problem with a Federal agency (like the IRS). Ask to speak to a caseworker, they handle these kinds of requests. Explain the situation and be prepared to submit documentation to the caseworker. Be polite but persistent and keep good records. Its not a guarantee but it can't hurt.

stop interest from IRS only when hell freezes over.
get a IRS certified lawyer to help defend and aid you.
Sell everything of value seriously except for kids and spouse now. Put kids over 16 to work fast. get spouse extra jobs. you get two more parttime jobs and pay them everthing. keep enough for beans and rice and gas and rent.
Cause if you don't They will come and get EVERYTHING then the car might look real good.
if you sell everything before they take it you can get top dollar . they get what ever. you get stuck.
