I don't know how or where to begin. I've stayed at 5 star hotels in the Caribbean, and also at some rat holes in the middle of nowhere like Texas chainsaw massacre nowhere. depending on where you stay depends on whether your up through the night worrying about the roaches. I've stayed at alot of nice places. cable TV, room service, wet bar, pools, hot tub, gym. remember you get what you pay for more or less. and its only a bed. your paying for a place to crash. to lay your head so you can wake up and go do the things you wanna do while your a tourist.

If 2 all human beings is staying in a hotel, the hotel will anticipate 2 human beings to be paying. A single room would be for one guy or woman basically. you will would desire to enhance to a double or twin room.

If you get a suite, it's pretty sweet.
Hot tub, fireplace, seperate bedroom, mini bar, room service, oh yeah.
That's the way I roll in hotels.

It feels like you are sleeping at someone else's home on an uncomfortable bed, in a room that is not exactly as clean as your house is. But if you are with that someone you love, a different place to do it!!
