Men and women are not equal, at least not in the classical sense that most people frequently put forth. We are all equal, as far as being human beings, and deserving love and respect. But, men and women are not equal in strengths and weaknesses. It has been scientifically proven, again and again, that the brains of men and women are "wired" differently. It is scientific fact that we are physiologically different. Please notice I did not say women were inferior, or men were superior, and none of this is condescending in the least. These are facts. One can always pick outstanding specimens to argue a point, but that is counterproductive. In general (meaning the majority of the earth's population,) men are able to excel, or are more adept at certain things, and women are able to excel, or are more adept at other things. It does not mean that men are not capable of doing certain things that women generally do better, or visa versa. It just means we are different. It does not mean one is better than the other. We are what we are. It seems the backlash from a worldwide institution of oppressing women has taken a turn to the argument, not that women should not have to live under oppression, but that men and women are the same in all respects, except the obvious physical characteristics. Men and women are different, and to argue otherwise is ridiculous.

Hey...not so cool...women and men ARE equal...get that first. The inequalities have to do with the way our cultures put down women who are, look at sentence above. EQUAL already.
Now for the essay ideas...get your ....in gear and do the work yourself. It is so much easier to do these days with Internet.

I would use the Bible to define the roles that God has given men and women. Pointing out that although very different one could not exist without the other, but then again, I'm not like everybody.
