Probably not crash. But it will leave tons of spyware and cookies and you will be getting lots of spam in your emails and popups. None of the toolbar accessories are a good idea..

Well most likely it could, but you can also catch a virus, since you will be downloading all those other programs on your computer. This happened to me twice.
