one day ilet my friend play my game(s) and he just kept getting rare candies within about 10 minutes he had got me about 5 of them, he wasnt walking around with zigzagoons or any pokemon like them but he did keep going back and forth to sootopolis city does anyne know how he did it (he didnt have a game shark o anything like that)

Regardless of how he did it, if you're just trying to get Rare Candies, it's not worth your time. Your Pokemon will benefit more from levelling up the hard way... Rare Candies don't offer the same stat increases you would get from levelling up by experience.
