No it wont. But keep an eye on what you put in there because it browns fast and can burn quick.......

Really the broiler is for fast cooking and browning food.....makes it crispy and stuff like that. But the door can be closed , most people leave it opened though cause whatever they put in there needs to be watched alot...like every 2-3 minutes so they keep it slightly open. I know i do lol.......
