How soon after you get some dental work and some xrays is it safe to try to conceive?

Just got a crown put in,cavity taken care of,xray done and got my teeth cleaned.How soon is it safe to try to conceive ?I read on a book to get dental work done before trying to get pregnant but was wondering how long you need to wait...

Right away, it is because of the radiation exposure to the bay, nothing else. I had to have a root canal done in my 4 month & only had that tooth xrayed (w/obs aproval) and my son was born perfectly healthy.
