Iv'e been having pain like my perdio want to come on but it don't my boyfriend say his back have start hurting and his stomach have been hurting lately

Your b'f's pain will have no bearing on if you are pregnant or not. I had those symptoms and it turned out to be endometriosis. Go see your gyn :)

If you had any heavy bleeding during your "period" you are not pregnant, at least any more. Light bleeding is associated with implantation bleeding, but it is so light that you barely notice it. If it ended heavy, you could have been pregnant but the baby didn't take and just left your body (chemical pregnancy). Most likely, it was just a period. If you are concerned, take a pregnancy test. Your boyfriends "pregnancy pains" are in his head, unless he is just sick-completely unrelated to this situation. Those sympathy pains don't usually occur until he has seen you bent over the toilet (about 7 weeks pregnant).

Sounds to me like your boyfriend is sick... what does his back have to do with your potentially being pregnant? Go buy a pee test if you are worried.
