It's really hard for me to make friends (especially girl-friends), I currently have no friends. I'm a bi girl and I have a boyfriend. I want to make girl-friends (because every girl should have some!), but I think that when they find out I'm bi, it scares them away. Or maybe it's just my personality (I don't have self-esteem issues). Will someone please give me some advise on making new friends?

Advice from a bisexual woman, don't ever make "girlfriends" with your girlfriends if you are interested in have a relationship (physical) with them. Meet some women who are bi like yourself and make that your bi circle of friends. Straight women do indeed get nervous around us because they aren't sure if we are checking them out or trying to have a 3 some with them.

Making friends can be very hard (even if you have a nice personality and healthy self esteem).

In your case, maybe a lot of straight girls you meet are uncomfortable being your friend because you're bisexual

They might fear that you'd make a pass at them or something, and they might feel awkward around you (for example, if you went shopping with them and they were trying on clothes in front of you)

Do you know any gay or bi girls? They might feel more comfortable around you.

first of all they should like you for who they are but if you experiences people who care about u being bi then dont tell them at all...its your buisness not theres
also if you ever need advice i do personally emails so just let me know what your problem is and ill email you back within one day
i want to start newsletters so let me know if you want mt to add you to the newletter list...its a weekly thing(maybe more than once a week) and i make a problem and tell you what to do

I think you should try talking to some girls in your classes.
If they're really your friend, they'll look past your sexuality.
Be yourself-- thats the most important thing.
When i found out that one of my girl-friends was Bi
i admit it was akward at first, but after a day or 2 i got to know her, and she turned out to be one of the greatest people i know.

be yourself. if girls shy away from you because they find out your bi then they are losers. let them know right away you are but also let them know you would not push yourself on them since they are not. it takes a while to get to know good friends hang in there it will happen. good luck
