I already know several answers to this question, but I just wanted to get some input from others to see if there are any more ideas or opinions. Thanks!

The Constitution defines the powers of each branch of government. The three branches are the judicial, the legislative, and the executive. If a topic isn't covered, then it doesn't exist.

it grants them the power to make and pass laws. and it limits them to nething else.. they can't interpret laws and they can't enforce laws cuz thats the other branches jobs.
