Death is a reality we all have to experience. I'm sure many essays have been written on death.

Death is the one serious, unavoidable, unequivocal thing that every person, regardless of religious opinion, location, personal experience or upbringing, thinks of as an important event. It happens to everyone - fundamental, homeless, apathetic, everyone.
An essay on the topic of death will always attract those with strongly heald opinions - whether people enjoy it and enrich themselves just by knowing someone else's opinion on the matter, or react to it based on their own strongly held, inarguable point of view. If you put your essay up for discussion, or just in a situation where others will comment on it, it is unlikely that you will meet with much agreement.
You just have to accept that with a topic like this, people are going to have things to say, and a large proportion of them are probably going to disagree with you, no matter what you say. It's just one of those things.
I say publish and be damned - the more people who express an opinion on something, the more likely it is that someone might actually hit close to the mark.

I think talking about death is important. Write the essay. You might have a few people who don't like it because of the subject, but most people will appreciate it.

Only when you equate death to evil. The logical conclusion of life is death. Logic say's, if life is good, death must be good, too.

Death is unpleasant, however, some people are indeed too uptight to talk about it. I think that you would get mixed opinions about it.

Well, that depends on what you wrote about it. If you're views are the same as theirs, then yes, they would call it " proper testimony "
If you're view oppose there's, they would call it ' blasphemy'
