I'd say yea.... i think the reason i find Michael Jackson so disturbing is because of the way he looks.... i loved the old stuff... but he's just not attractive to listen or look at anymore.... all 80's stuff is awesome... sometimes i think i was born into the wrong generation

I enjoyed the style of his music from the 80's but the songs that came after Man in the Mirror, Smooth Criminal, etc were not really that impressive to me so I stopped listening to his music for that reason not because he is a bit out there.
As for other musicians of the 80's I listen to them all the time but again it's mostly what they did in the 80's or early 90's. Of course there are exceptions to that as well.

I struggled with the very same question. Although I think he has made some great music and videos I do not listen to him anymore. The truth is due to all the stuff that is surrounding him I would be embarrassed if someone else heard me listening to his music. So I deleted all of his stuff off of my PC. He may be innocent, but just in case he isn't I don't want to support his efforts. I also went ahead and got rid of R. Kelly's music to.
As far as music from the 80's I definitely listen to it, it was what was popular when I was coming up. Besides music is timeless.

I still listen to his 80's music. He is a awsome artist even though he is beyond ecentric. Love most all the 80's music. Even the "old school funk" going back to the 70's.

There are artists from the 80's that I still listen to. Metallica, Bon Jovi, etc...
I never liked Michael Jackson much.

he is weird but weird i love and well i know some of his stuff is disturving but not really if u think about it but n-e-how it is his life and none of what he does affects me and it is none of nobodys business so i still listen to his music i do agree with u in that i like his old stuff more but his new stuff some is good too i guess like n-e-body else out there singing some stuff is good some isnt

I listen to like all '80s music all the time.
I love it & i was born in 1991.
I gotta admit, as much as MJ scares me, when I hear thriller or billie jean, i can't help but swing along!
