It is hard to do, but make sure you sterilize it first, then put the tip of the stud in the hole as far as it will go, make sure you have it in the right place and then push it through, it will hurt, but not that bad.

But, if you have had it out of several days or weeks, you will have to repierce it. You could do it yourself with a large needle or pay to have it done again.

Good luck

Freeze it with a few ice cubes, cleanse the area with antiseptic, alcohol, or antibacterial soap. Get a sewing needle and stick it through the old hole. Once you remove it, immediately push your stud back in. (make sure you sterilize the needle as well, I cleaned mine with boiling water)

I had to re-pierce my belly button and did the same thing only I had to bend the needle into a curve for that. If I can do my belly button, you can do your nose. :) Take care of your new piercing the same way they told you when you first got it done. I'm no professional but it worked out fine for me and I didn't get any infections and it healed faster than the first time I had it done. If you're still worried about it, go get it done professionally.
