Absolutely- a small amount of the ejaculate is sperm - not all of it- my husband had a vasectomy= and I could tell no difference- D

yes, sperm is a very small part of the fluid one ejaculates so thats all you lose.

yup you still ***, you just arent "all there" if you get what i mean. your sperm isnt 100% potent anymore. i forgot why, but i learned it in health class.
