Democrats win Ohio, sweep clean.
Democrats will take the House majority back.
Democrats now have 45 seats in the Senate.
"it's hard work" What a great day for America. Now tell me this? How will Democrats fix the $9 trillion debt ran up by Republicans? How will the Democrats fix the mess in Iraq and the $2 trillion cost of that war to the American tax payers?

Democrats will not have the power to add any new taxes, that's just stupid. They may take back the tax cuts for the top 1-2 percent.

They will probably take away the Bush tax cuts. Heck, somebody better get some revenue flowing back into Washington. For the last several years, our tax money has been flying to Iraq as fast as we can print it.

Of course, when the Democrats do the responsible thing about getting this country's financial house in order, the Republicans will point their fingers and call them tax and spend liberals.

I hope there is an electorate there to remind them that the Democrats may have to tax but only because the Republicans have spent so liberally and irresponsibly.

Those are valid questions that need to be addressed, and the Democrats haven't done squat about delivering a solid, coherent answer.

Now, answer me this: We gave the Republicans plenty of slack, and they hung themselves with it. What horrendous atrocities could the Democrats possibly do that the Republicans haven't already patented, exploited and side-stepped paying taxes on?

knowing democrats they will tax you till you have nothing left to live on; and the economy crumbles and businesses do not build capital growth.. so no jobs.. they lay people off.. like it was in the 80's when dems controlled congres.. you remember? I DO...
It was hell.

Dems always had 45 seats in the senate. they needed to win 6 to take control.. that would make it 51..

Not a great day, a sad one.

We've kicked out a bunch of corrupt politicians for another set of corrupt politicians

We live in an oligarchy. Anyone who votes 3rd party is deemed an idiot by the majority. This country needs a change in direction (away from big government) now. This election changes nothing.

That's always easy for the Democrats. They'll raise taxes and then raise them again. Did you hear even one them tell HOW they are going to change anything?
