she can be hopping or eatting sitting there and than she will just flop(fall)over on her side if i say her name she will get up and look at me.why does she fall over like that?

she has done that even when she was in the pet store.

It's called the "happy flop" and it means that your bunny is happy! I have a e-book that I bought when I had rabbits, I would be happy to share it with you.

She is one happy rabbit. She's doing what is called the bunny flop. When ours first did it we thought they were having a seizure...they'll roll over and twist around a bit, then settle in with a glazed look in their eyes.
Just a relaxed happy pose.

That's normally. It's call the bunny flop. Here is a good website on rabbit behavior.

jadedgirl is right. It's basically what you'd call a happy flop. Rabbits will normally do that when they are feeling good. There's nothing wrong with your rabbit, she's just happy.

She probably has some type of nerve disease/injury or maybe epilepsy. If this is something that just started, you should get her to a vet ASAP (she might have gotten into some type of poison), but if she has always done this it might be some type of birth defect. It probably isn't life threatening but you should get her into a vet as soon as you can.

i don't think it's too serious...im pretty sure my rabbit falls and lays on her side sometimes. course if she does it all the time its probly nothing too serious but you might wanna get that checked out w/a vet or better yet try this site my friend:

you should try to take her to the vet or she is probly playing around with no affence if shes fat that can cause her to tip over of she probly loves doing that or if she dosent have a male in the cage you should get 1 she is probly lonley
