Try the Ministry of Human Resource @ Kementrian Sumber Manusia.

Alternatively, try your workers' union, if any.

Or you can try Suaram, a human rights NGO. They'll prob be able to direct you to the right organisation/person.

Or complain directly to your boss, make sure u have a big parang in hand.
