it says U + 2665 but that doesnt work. plzzzzz help me figure this out.

no i copied it and pasted it, i wanna know how to do it with a keystroke. and its somewhere in the character map.

alt + 3 does work it just depends on where u type it

If you know the Unicode equivalent of the character you want to insert, you can also insert a special character directly into a document without using Character Map. To do so, open the document and position the insertion point where you want the special character to appear. Then, with NUM LOCK on, hold down the ALT key while using the number pad keys to type the Unicode character value.

You have to make sure numlock is on, and use the numeric keypad (not the number keys at the top of your keyboard, those will not work)

Unfortunately I don't think the heart is part of the standard ascii or extended ascii character set, so those codes may not work- you might have to use a special font.

listen you can do U2665 but on a laptop it wil not work unless you have an actual number pad, the number on the top wont do any of the caracters like like alt 123 or things of the sort

ALT + 3 will give you your heart.
No it doesn't work every time because it's not part of the basic set of characters. But it works most of the time, so there you go ♥

capital Y in webdings font, or U while pressing 2665 on a keypad. it wont show up till after its posted
