No. We have a governess. We haven't had a decent governor in years.

Edit: Sorry to hear about the TX governor being re-elected, I don't care much for Rick Perry. I was really hoping Kinky Friedman would get elected. Loved his T-Shirts:

Vote Kinky, Vote Naked.

Kinky also coined the name for residents of Kerrville, Kerrverts. I should have voted for Kinky, even though I am a resident of another state, I could have.

When he run for office is Kerrville, he did lose, but he did raise the issue of making sure Kerrville would never be invaded by Fredericksburg.

Edit 2: I know little about Jennifer Granholm, but with the auto industry, Michigan's anchor industry going through so many challenges, I am aware that she was actively promoting trying to bring new industries into Michigan, which I thought was a good thing, but does not reflect her overall performance, of which I am not capable to comment on. I am aware a lot of Michiganders are disappointed in her overall performance. Granholm is advertising all over the country, and to some extent the world, to bring diversified industries into her state, which I think is a good idea. All governors should do this.

I wish the best for all, and hope and dream that their elected officials will actually begin to put the interests of their constituents over their own self-interests and political favors. Maybe a few do, but they are definitely the minority.

No, not really. I live in California and Arnold has won again. I guess he was the lesser of the two evils.

votes in Tennessee still undecided as far as I know. Right now our governor is ok. Like one of those politicians that will do certain things great and other things very badly.
