Attitude!
No matter how well you do at something (aptitude) won't matter much if you have a lousy attitude about it.

You need both. Someone with aptitude but a poor attitude will fail anyway, while someone with all attitude and no aptitude will come off as cocky and foolish.

If I had to chose though I'd say aptitude cause deep down even if I felt stupid I'd know I wasn't, and others would still respect me in spite of my lack of attitude.

Attitude scores over aptitude..... Aptitude may help you grasp things fast, but if you don't have a positive attitude towards life (Every aspect of Life)....you are going to lead a miserable life inspite of your good aptitude.

Attitude is everything. Confident gregarious people tend to overachieve while the hardworking technicians become too valuable as producers to promote.
