Impeachment is the equivalent to the Grand Jury indicting someone. They are not convicted of any crime, it just means that there is enough evidence to bring that person to trial.
The U.S. House of Representatives has the power to impeach the President, Vice President, federal judge, or any other federal civil officers. Once that person is impeached, they then stand trial in the Senate. If the Senate finds them guilty, they can be removed from office.
Only 2 Presidents have been impeached (Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton). Both were acquitted. There was also one cabinet member (Secretary of War William Belknap - acquitted), one Senator (Tennessee Senator William Blount - charges dismissed), and 13 federal judges (including one U.S. Supreme Court Justice - Samuel Chase).

I thought it was the Supreme Court. Out of the choices you gave, it would be Congress.
