The correct spelling is "Orgasm", and it refers to the actual electrical/spasmic sensations you feel when you have reached the moment of ejaculation. The orgasm is that incredible almost-ticklish, out-of-control, body-shaking feeling you get when you're masturbating or having sex....and you just ejaculate like a mad-man.
Now.....the clear "gooey" stuff you mention refers to the semen that your body produces that acts as a natural lubricant during sexual stimulation. The truth is that the more "lubricant" you produce, the better it is for you and your sexual partner....it helps make everything smoother, and helps with the overall sensations.
So don't think it's a strange thing.....it's actually a very good thing.

The "clear gooey stuff" is called semen. It is a mix of Sperm and Seminal Fluids in which the Sperm comes from your Testes and your Seminal Fluids come from your Prostate. (Therefore, Prostate Cancer inhibits your ability to Ejaculate) Ejaculation is the ejection of semen from your Penis.
An orgasm (not Organism, [which is scientific way of saying living thing]) is a sexual climax. An orgasm is a strong feeling of excitement and pleasure that happens as a result of continued sexual stimulation. Sexual stimulation may be sexual intercourse, masturbation or other activities.

What comes out is semen, sometimes people call it "c u m" or "j i z z". It's normal. It's usually white.
The clear stuff is just clear fluid. Some people call it "pre-c u m". It's also normal and usually comes out of your penis as you get more and more "turned on".
Orgasm and ejaculation generally happen at the same time. Orgasm is the feeling of intense sexual pleasure and then sexual release. Ejaculation is the semen leaving your body.

Oh to be a boy again..lol..It doesn't sound like you have actually ejaculated. Clear slightly sticky fluid is precum. It occurs when your penis has been hard for a certain amount of time due to excitement. You'll know what an orgasm is once you've experienced it.

do you mean orgasm lol? orgasm and ejaculation are practically the same thing. The clear gooey stuff that comes out is called precum, it means thats whats happening to your penis feels good to it and its preparing itself to orgasm in awhile. precum is supposed to contain more sperm than actual semen that you ejaculate. The semen is more of a creamy white, and its quite sticky. Thats how you know you've orgasmed. when the white stuff squirts out and you're body feels tender and kind of tired.
