What is the average age of fathering children? Is it going up or down and is that good or bad? Why ?

In the US, UK, Italy, Spain? anywhere else. Is the government in your country supporting younger families in any way?

As the age of mothers is going up, I suppose the age of fathers is too. Physically it makes no sense....the body is made to have babies at about 16 not 45. In Australia there are schemes to help families financially (they are not real well thought out) but not particularly young families.
