after M.Sc Electronic Science, Ph.D. in nuclear science?

it will take more time as you will to go back and complete the MSc portions on the subject first and it means lot of other corelated subjects also. it is not that easy as it may look however intelligent and hard working you are.
Plus a crossover of subjects only leads to reduce your grip on both of two two fields and later you may find it very difficult to get a job. you will neither be treated as electronics scholar nor as a nuclear physicist.
I have seen people suffering who switch between electronics and physics and leads to nothing but frustrations as lots of politics goes between two departments.
it seems that you are from DU . because such possibilities are more often present there.
I will suggest become a specialist in electronic science only and persue your career either in industry or academic institutes. There are plenty of opportunities there.
However whtever u decide take all the pros and cons into picture.

Without knowing your school (even its name) or the specific program, it's hard to give a good answer. If it's a strong science program, you should be able to switch. After all, the electrons are not far from the nucleus. But if it's a technician program, you not being prepared to do research. In that case, you could certainly work as an electronics technician in a nuclear physics research facility.
