This is a normal occurence believe me( just look at plug hole in shower morning LOL) It has a lot to do with diet, so a balanced diet is really necessary.
Stay away from fatty foods cos that makes lustre of hair dull.
A good shampoo n conditioner is also helpful to maintain healthy hair together with grooming...
I can't stress enough the need to eat fruit ,vegies, grains, salads etc, hold back on red meat to say 3 times week and eat plenty of fish and chicken...DRINK WATER and plenty of it works wonders ..hope this helps...

If it's greater than traditional it can be strain. Stress can motive hair fallout. You have got to up your B nutrients (they all) and take a well milti-diet. Add diet E additionally the smallest quantity plus Biotin. Wash with lightly shampoo for awhile (month or 2) like little one shampoo (no detergents in it) and Baby spray on rinse that you simply dont wash out (this is helping so that you dont pull on tangles). Dont blow dry or use styling merchandise or colour for three-four months or untill it stops falling out. Since you're younger you should not have any situation developing all of it again. Just take it handy on it for awhile and up the vitamins and dietary supplements.

So long as it keeps growing back, it's perfectly normal. They say the average person loses 100 hairs a day - if you have blond hair, you probably lose more (because you have more hairs than someone with brown or black hair). And if it's long, it's more noticeable. I know, cuz I'm a long-haired blond! I have noticed that some shampoos and conditioners make my hair fall out more than others (Redkin Fat Cat was the worst, for me). You may want to ask your hair stylist/cutter for advise, or ask her if you seem to be "shedding" more than normal women.

It's normal to lose 100 hairs per day. Unless your hair looks or feels much thinner, you're probably normal.
If you notice patches of hair missing, that's alopecia areata and you should see a dermatologist.

everyone loses about 100 strands of hair a day, count yours and see if you are losing more than that, if so see a dermatologist.

I have the same problem...I think it has a bit to do with diet...and of course how well you take care of your hair. Don't quote me though!
