Absentee Ballots and Out-of-State AZ Voters?

Have you had trouble recieving your ballot for this year's election? I currently reside in Utah and never recieved an absentee ballot despite requests by email prior to this year's election. Is there any recourse for this issue, and if so, how do I pursue it? Thanks.

Not anymore. You should have called the Secretary of State's office weeks ago if you had not yet received the ballot. By law, no votes cast after the election night deadline may be counted.
