Yes I do, and, I HATE them!
Sometimes, I 'm not aware I have one, and I'll be doin something and ooooooowwwwwwwww!!! it'd pull or whatever, and hurt like h-e-double toothpicks! Yech! So yes, I get those painful thingys!
