A harlequin is a clown or buffoon, meaning the boys are raging with hormones and the girls are fools who give them what they want.

OR

The boys with raging hormones falls for the false girl. He tells her how much better he is for her than this other person.

O: I used to be meant to visit the only in Anaheim, California however I could not ): and on A Fever You Can't Sweat Out I need to say I like Camisado and I Constantly Thank God For Estabon and on Pretty Odd I like Northern Downpour, When The Day Met The Night, Pas De Cheval, and The Piano Knows Something I Don't Know I simply can not opt for a "favourite" out in their new album Pretty. Odd it is simply strong (: ahhhh, I love George Ryan Ross III

I am Panic! At the Disco obsessed. I think that it means that the girls and boys are excited and their hearts are beating fastly. And then when it says "Will you dance to this beat, and hold a lover close?" Maybe there are dancing close together and really like eachother.

In fact, the composer is making fun o both boys and girls.
Don't take it so seriously, it's just a song.

I mean, even if they have the intention to insult, half of the insult is in you to take it or leave it, in this case and in any case my advise to you is : LEAVE IT.

Remember, nobody can insult you without your permission.
