Direct flights from USA to the Philippines via the Philippine Airlines is through Los Angeles & San Francisco, California. It usually leaves 10pm. Those from Chicago take a longer flight since they have to make stop overs.

I dont think there's a direct flight from Chicago to Manila. Los Angeles has PAL. I dont know about Chicago. Try PAL. The website is below.
