I have this friend who I really like as more than a friend and he likes me that way too but we are both to scared say it. So we are like stuck in this relationship were we are like boyfriend and girlfriend but were not completely boyfriend, girlfriend. We sleep over eachothers houses we talk for like hours he tells me im hot and i tell him he's hot.but we are just friends. Who want to more than friends. How do I tell him cause he is not going to tell me first. Just the kind of guy he is, afraid to improve something if ot's not completely screwed up.

Just be honest and tell him how you feel. The worst that will happen is that he will say no to a romantic relationship. And that's not so scarey.
