Like any job, people quit and move on to better or different jobs, right? So which character from the following list do you think should quit, and then have a new character introduced in his or her place?
(Im not going to include Pam, Jim, Michael or Dwight because they're main characters and the show just wouldn't work without them)
Ryan (the temp/kelly's bf)
Kelly (Indian, talkative/Ryan's gf)
Kevin (the fat guy)
Angela (the boring, annoying one/dwight's gf)
Meredith (the red head alcoholic)
Phyllis (fat, motherly character)
Stanley (Black guy)
Oscar (the gay Latino)
Creed (the weirdo)
Toby (the guy who likes Pam)

The person who said Stanley is crazy! He's the only Black character they got!! I think they need more black characters and less white women- so if I had to choose, I'd say Phyllis.

I don't think any of them should quit. I think they are all needed for the show to remain diverse and hilarious.
But if I have to choose I'd say............this is really hard............I like them all............ok Stanley.
I'm not crazy- They have another black character- can't remember his name but he works with Pam's ex-fiance. And they can replace Stanley with another black character. But Like I said--I don't want anyone to leave!!!

I could see Ryan leaving in one episode and deciding to get another job. Maybe in an episode they could do that and Kelly could be sad and for once, UNTALKATIVE!!!
