America will never outlaw anything. The US breaks every military agreement, use weapon the rest of the world has banned. Its the only country in history known and unknown to have actually used nuclear weapons. Has killed more foreign nationals than any other country in military conflict. Has more nukes than anyone else but wont let anyone else own them.

In short all am saying is washington will laugh at the issue of outlawing cluster bombs

The euro-weenies are always looking for a way to disarm us. Aint gonna happen. We could send the Mississppi national guard in row boats to invade France with armed only with willow switches and the French would surrender the whole country in less than three weeks, and it would probably take the Guard a month to row over there.

No, they have refused agree to anything that might limit their military ability. This is the reason they gave for rejecting the treaty on land mines and the treaty against using child soldiers.

No Way. They are an effective way of destroying targets and mining areas to prevent enemy access. The point of war is to kill people and there is no nice way to do that.
