I have medium brownish goldish hair with side bangs. i have a normal oval shaped face. i have pale skin. dark brown eyes and long lashes. my lips are full but kinda chapped sometimes. i need makeup tips. not foundation and stuff just eyes and lips. what should i wear?
also, where can i buy this makeup? i need really cheap makeup. i cant spend to much.

You sound like you have the same color scheme as me. For my everyday makeup I use a dark brown or black mascara. Greatlash is a good one. Then for lips, try a lip liner that is just darker than pink (rosewood is my preferred color). Line your lips thick (do not go outside your lips) then cover with chapstick. I know this sounds funny, but trust me. Blot your lips to mix the color to cover your lips. It will moisturize your lips and give you a really simple beautiful color. $10 at walmart and you are ready to go.

Well for your eyes i would suggest a pale pink and as for eyeliner take eyeshadow brush and dip it in water then apply as an eyeliner. But never use black liner, alway go with brown. for your lips get a burts bees wax tinted chapstick its like a medicated lip stick. oh and for the eyes use an angle brush.
