What shade of brown or you cause you know us black folks come in all shades and colors
As for the nail polish question pinks and reds go good with caramel and lighter tones while darker tones should stick with more neutral colors

I am a future Fashion Designer and I think that green, any shade, or a gold would go really well with your skin color. If you wear green, than wear green eyeshadow, same with the gold. Nail polish, hmmm, I would have to say a cream color or a really light color with sparkles.
